Sometimes you need Mezcal. A Chayo bartender introduced us to Kimo Sabe Anejo.
So smooth, a touch of smoke and very very drinkable. Do not shoot it!
Bar offers a scorpion added to shots for $5. We opted out.

Mushroom Mac-N-Cheese
Mushroom Mac-n-Cheese at the Kitchen at Atomicin Downtown Vegas.
So creamy and the oyster mushroom slices added a cool woody, meaty flavor.
Great bar food!
