My Hubby Bakes!
On Wed night, I had to put in some overtime since our web producer was sick. I spent a few hours posting stories and video.
Then I cam home to this plate of cookies Mark had baked. I have a wonderful hubby!
Home Cooking
I like cooking at home when I get a chance. I also wanted to make sure my hubby had dinner for tonight as he continues to wheeze his way through the cold he caught from me. Sorry!
Mark thought it was weird for me to add the Alfredo sauce to my rice mix inside the paella pan, but we both thought it tasted fine. I figured other cooks add some kind of sauce to their rissotto dishes in a similar fashion. But they probably make the sauces from scratch.
This Alfredo Rice mix has smoked sausages, peas and mushrooms.
