A Chicago chef introduced our viewers to some simple, elegant Super Bowl snacks. The pizza had ground beef, onions and a light marinara sauce. And you can’t go wrong with slices of salami.

This is one of the last pies from The Real Pie Co. Our morning reporter brought it back to the newsroom from his live shot. It closed-up last weekend. It’s baked with blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries.

We had breakfast at the Cornerstone Cafe in Midtown. I had the Sunday special: potato pancakes, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. About 5 years ago, our Berkeley friend introduced us to this cheap, yummy spot.
