Sometimes you need Mezcal. A Chayo bartender introduced us to Kimo Sabe Anejo.
So smooth, a touch of smoke and very very drinkable. Do not shoot it!
Bar offers a scorpion added to shots for $5. We opted out.

Just followed a super easy recipe from New York Times Cooking.
I used 20 gloves of garlic and garnished it with parsley.
