We tried out El Tejeban in Vacaville. It’s my new favorite Mexican restaurant in town. They have a fantastic meat selection: from Carnitas to tongue. I ordered the birria: goat meat, jalisco style. Juicy, hearty plus a bite from the fresh cilantro.
