Krautstrudels in Kansas

Today, we did lunch at Germanfest at Sacred Heart.
The parish worked all week on preparing this home-cooked German meal. I had beef cooked in red wine, noodles and meatballs and Krautstrudels (or bierochs). The foil had a baked pastry stuffed with ground beef, potatoes and cabbage.
